HRIS Analyst

Job Summary: The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics. They will also provide support and maintain HRIS applications and modules.


Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • At least 3-5 years of related work experience required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.



Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 



Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs system maintenance, including testing and implementing changes to HRIS system.
  • Monitor daily error payroll Integration system reporting, as well as data audits.
  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resources information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs.
  • Entry of New Hires/Rehire and employee changes (promotions, job changes, position changes).
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS systems issues.
  • Maintains online electronic files via People Doc by Ultimate Software.
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports.
  • Maintains data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
