Customer Responsible FAPA

Hydro Aluminium Metal a leading supplier of extrusion ingots, sheet ingots, foundry alloys, wire rods and high-purity aluminum with a global production network of around 5,000 employees.   • Support sales team in Sales Contract Negotiation – with acquiring and development of new clients, maintaining of long-term relationships and maximizing client potential
  • Develop new customer relationships and sustain the current customer basis
  • Support marketing activities, market research and exhibition preparations
  • Offer services to the customers to satisfy their needs and solve their problems
  • Handling of claims and complaints
  • Support in budget planning and implementation
  • Follow up payment and credit limits per customer
  • Responsible for contract administration, pricing and invoicing


Skills and profile

  • Degree or knowlegde in economics, marketing or similar.
  • Business experience in the industry, automotive area would be a plus
  • Proactive and results oriented
  • Good communication skills. Knowledge in customer care
  • Fluent German and English, other language capabilities would be a plus
