Role purpose

 

The HR Specialist (Digital Instructional Designer) will work in delivering innovative and creative virtual digital learning experiences within the various tools of digital learning for the organization. This role requires expertise in the current digital learning production systems and a commitment to staying up-to-date on new functionalities and systems to continually enhance digital learning creation.

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with local and global customers, providing guidance and support to address their learning needs
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning Center
  • Guide and facilitate e-learning needs analysis, offering expert content guidance
  • Develop and structure e-learning content using Hydro's tools
  • Source visual content, coordinate production meetings, and ensure course approval
  • Conduct thorough testing of the final e-learning product for quality assurance
  • Align and edit video content, create scripts, record audio, produce animations, and add subtitles
  • Proactively update content, contribute to e-learning projects, and manage e-learning translations with external vendors
  • Continuously improve our e-learning services while staying up-to-date with market and design trends

Qualifications

 

  • Required 2-5 years of experience as E-learning courses design in a similar field
  • L&D knowledge and experience is considered as an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, business, HR, or equivalent
  • Understanding of instructional design principles
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Proficiency in using e-learning tools, photo- and video editing software
  • Experience with Articulate Rise360, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, 3D video production, and familiarity with gamification techniques are advantageous
  • Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and engaging multimedia content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
