Junior Specialist ServiceNow
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organization that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. It`s ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
ServiceNow is a platform used globally in Hydro and is key for the delivery of GBS services within IT, Finance and HR (currently under implementation). Hydro is currently using ServiceNow functionality within ITSM, ITOM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integrated Risk Management and capabilities from Core Services and Now Intelligence. The ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management team is responsible for application management for the ServiceNow platform in global Hydro organization.

Our Junior Specialist will be assisting the team with our core processes incident management, request fulfillment, test management and demand management related to application management of the ServiceNow platform in Hydro. You will be exposed to our internal customers across the global Hydro organization, and you will also have close collaboration with our technical resources.

Who are you?
You are early in your professional career with a few years of practical work experience.
You are curious and eager to learn in general, particularly interested in expanding your technical knowledge about the ServiceNow platform. You have good communication skills and feel comfortable participating in meetings with various stakeholders.
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset both within and outside the immediate team. You are proactive. Others perceive you as proactive, collaborative, result-oriented and structured.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow related access requests
- Manage ServiceNow related knowledge articles
- Participate in ServiceNow incident management process
- Participate in testing activities related to ServiceNow enhancements and platform upgrades
- Participate in ServiceNow demand management process including assisting in gathering customer requirements
- Support our internal customers in creating reports and dashboards
- Participate in meetings with internal customers
- Participate in various applicable project related activities
- Participate in various applicable day to day ad-hoc activities
- Expand your technical ServiceNow knowledge via self-learning
Participation/management of above listed activities are intended to gradually move over to being responsible for.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor`s degree
- Industry and/or project experience of 2+ years with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification and/or and Implementation Specialist
- ITIL Foundation as a minimum
- Fluency in English
