About the job and your team
The HR Specialist (Learning & Development) is an expert to provide innovative and creative virtual digital learning experiences in the field of digital learning to the organization. The function holder is knowledgeable on current system in use for digital learning productions and keen to stay updated on new functionalities and systems for ever-improving digital learning creation.
You will work on
• Collaborate with local and global customers, providing guidance and support to address their learning needs
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning Center
• Guide and facilitate e-learning needs analysis, offering expert content guidance
• Develop and structure e-learning content using Hydro's tools
• Source visual content, coordinate production meetings, and ensure course approval
• Conduct thorough testing of the final e-learning product for quality assurance
• Align and edit video content, create scripts, record audio, produce animations, and add subtitles
• Proactively update content, contribute to e-learning projects, and manage e-learning translations with external vendors
• Continuously improve our e-learning services while staying up-to-date with market and design trend
• Virtual Reality (VR) trainings creation, maintenance and interface within SAP systems

Your qualifications and skills
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital/e-learning creation
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, business, HR, or equivalent
• Understanding of instructional design principles
• Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft tools)
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools, photo- and video editing software (Articulate Rise360 /Storyline360, Vyond / other animated video creation tool)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, VR video production, and familiarity with gamification techniques are advantageous
• Virtual reality (VR) trainings creation & maintenance experience as an asset
• Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and engaging multimedia content
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English fluent proficiency, both oral and written, any additional language is an advantage
