About the job and your team
The purpose of the role is to perform support and participate in maintenance/ development activities on the Employee Central (EC) Module in Hydro. You will be part of a Global Application Management team of 10 people currently situated in India, Hungary and the US.
The Senior Consultant, HR Systems will collaborate with HR resources globally to design, implement, and optimize the Employee Central (EC) module processes and application set-up.
In the role you will also be expected to support other SAP SuccessFactors modules in a role as back-up admin.
You will work on
• Be part of the EC team to support the HR community and optimize and develop the EC module
• Analyze and provide solutions to reported errors and incidents from various customers according to agreed SLAs.
• Be back-up admin for other module (s) and/or SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
• Work closely with EC Business Process Owner providing guidance and recommendations for optimizing the development of EC module for Hydro.
• Participate in development projects on EC module or cross functional activities.
• Understand and support integrations to/from EC module incl. payroll integrations
• Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies and standardized operating procedures.
• Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.
• Compliance with area-specific customer requirements, escalates potential deviations and none-compliance issues

Your qualifications and skills
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Module
• Technical and Functional Support experience on Employee Central is required.
• Experience with other SuccessFactors module(s) is an added advantage
• Experience from EC Payroll and/or Time-Off is a plus
• Bachelor or higher university degree, preferably within IT
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors EC Module
• High delivery capacity, must be able to handle tight deadlines and to work on several tasks in parallel
• Ability to work in teams and cooperate tightly with HR Stakeholders
• Good analytical capabilities, ability to dig deep into technical documents and “translate” into process and configuration language
• Be customer oriented and put pride in solving customer issues
• Good communication abilities with team members and process owners
• Willingness to develop skills and stay updated on software roadmap
• Can take up lead on tasks
