About the job and your team
The HR Specialist (Learning & Development) is an expert to provide innovative and creative virtual digital learning experiences in the field of digital learning to the organization. The function holder is knowledgeable on current system in use for digital learning productions and keen to stay updated on new functionalities and systems for ever-improving digital learning creation.
You will work on
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, define learning objectives, and design comprehensive learning strategies that align with the organization's training and education goals.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content, and to incorporate industry best practices into the design of learning and leadership development programs.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules in different formats: Written, interactive content/Gamefied, videos & VR and other digital learning resources.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and the use of technology to enhance the learning experience and drive measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through assessments, feedback, and data analysis, and continuously improve training programs based on insights and feedback.
• Communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in leadership development and adult learning to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Capacity to adjust swiftly to shifting priorities in order to satisfy business requirements.

Your qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in instructional design, creating educational materials via digital tools.
• Project and Stakeholder management skills
• Learning and development background
• Digital content creation in English and global scale.
• Understanding of functionalities of Learning management system (LMS) is preferred.
• Competency with each phase of instructional content development: need analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Learning consultancy/advisory skills, being able to support the stakeholders expectation/need into a proper learning path and shaping content.
• Experienced with content development tools: Articulate rise & storyline, Vyond / animated video.
• Other digital content creation tools preferred: Camtasia, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Acrobat.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, with a focus on storytelling and learning objective outcomes.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• High level of proficiency in the use of English language, proper grammar and spelling, and applied writing skills is required.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Motivation to succeed while working independently.
• Creativity and empathy to recognize and address the learner’s challenge.
• Team-oriented person capable of coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, and capable of collaborating, aligning, and influencing across project teams.
• Strong communication skills with a particular emphasis on the ability to understand and effectively communicate product knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS office tools and applications; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
