Senior Specialist Organizational & Leadership Development
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role purpose
Support various Learning Development initiatives in Hydro. Take part in, support and lead various HR initiatives and HR projects in the business within Organizational Development and Learning Development. Utilize effort for soft skill development on global level.
Play a critical role in driving employee development, enhancing organizational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
You will work on
- Act as a trusted advisor in organizational development and learning plans and activities
- Identify areas where GBS HR could support the business in delivering the O&D and L&D initiatives
- Be active part of organizing Global Leadership programs
- As a learning advisory be responsible for giving feedback about SHL OPQ and 360° feedback report result's
- Involve cross-functional teams to identify and implement various training and development programs
- Lead and be an active part of Organization and Leadership Development initiated projects based on request of the business or Global HR
- Collaborate and being active part of discussions with GPO and HR BPs related organizational development plans, needs, challenges.
- Manage and oversee the execution of Organizational and Learning development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality and adherence to budget
- Ensure leadership soft skill growth based on Leading the Hydro Way
- Lead and operate Employee Satisfaction survey
- Designing and delivering training programs
- Facilitating training sessions, workshops, seminars or other learning events
- Applying instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to support colleagues in their professional development
- Continuously improving training methodologies
- Documentation and reporting
- Expected travel is required when the situation allows
Your qualifications and skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or organizational setting
- Designing and delivering leadership trainings, workshops
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and blended learning tools
- Having experience in leading/being active part of organizational development project(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources
- Fluent in writing and speaking English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is desirable
