Maintenance Team Lead

Starting Rate of pay: $34/hour

Shift Premium: 3rd shift - $1.00/hour extra

Shifts Available and Hours: 3rd Shift 11PM-7AM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trains and coach persons on their crew to do their job correctly and safely
  • Reports any unsafe condition or act immediately to Supervision or HSE Manager
  • View and correct manning levels on their crews to make sure plant is covered with appropriate
  • Fills out ‘Near Miss’ paperwork on any unsafe condition or act
  • Participates in daily pre-shift safety talk
  • Troubleshooting of electrical systems 

Education and Work Requirements:

  • High School or GED , Engineering technology bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ of industrial maintenance experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ in a leadership role
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting
  • Experienced in using an electrical meter
  • PLC background preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Ability to climb or work from ladders and work in confined space
