Starting Rate of Pay: $17.48/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd shift 3PM to 11PM

Shift Premium: 2nd shift - $1.00/hour extra

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the material distribution and relocation using mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, overhead cranes) to meet KPI goals for production, safety, and quality).
  • Operate equipment in compliance with safety guidelines and perform inspections to ensure forklifts are in safe operating condition.
  • Conduct visual inspections of loads to verify product quality, correct packaging, and accurate identification tags.
  • Empty scrap and chip hoppers as required.
  • Perform minor maintenance on forklifts, including checks of brakes, horn, fluid levels, and general equipment condition.
  • Complete and submit the daily lift truck inspection report accurately.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous forklift operating experience.
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
