Production Team Lead Packing

Shifts Available and Hours: Third Shift 9PM to 7AM

Shift Premium: Third shift - $1.00/hour extra

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct shipment of customer orders and hazardous material orders.
  • Monitor employee productivity.
  • Examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Active facilitator of safety initiatives and policies.
  • Study and standardize work procedures to improve efficiency of work.
  • Assist employees with work process problems and maintain harmony among workers.
  • Issue written and oral instructions.
  • Assist the manager by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules and expediting workflow.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required/or a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of three years of work experience in a manufacturing and/or shipping environment.
  • Microsoft Office Skills are a must.
  • Oracle skills preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment.
