Salesforce Product Manager
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role Purpose
A Salesforce product manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of products and features within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and business leaders, to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Some key responsibilities of a Salesforce product manager include:
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Defining the overall product strategy, including identifying market needs, competitive analysis, and setting product goals and priorities.
- Product Roadmap: Developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and vision.
- Requirements Gathering: Working with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Product Development: Managing the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Product Launch: Planning and executing product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
- Product Performance: Monitoring and analyzing key product metrics, such as usage, adoption, and customer feedback, to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and advocate for their requirements within the organization.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Fluent English knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
