Who we are looking for

 

For the Feltre Lab. and Quality Control Department, we are looking for a:

 

Customer Quality Support

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

Performs controls on production goods including first production.

Performs product/process internal audit, verifies that procedures PFC (Control and Fabrication Plan) and control plans are respected.

Non-conformities management (either internal, suppliers and customers NC):

  • Gives support to customer service and production to solve NC related problems
  • Identifies corrective actions and verifies their functionality and effectiveness
  • Supports customers for NC resolutions, from verification and testing to acceptance or reject to NC closure
  • Controls and manages NC material and goods, from a physical and logistic point of view

Our candidate

The person we are looking for recognizes him/herself in the three values that support and accompany our daily activities and our objectives, both individual and team: Care, Courage, Collaboration.

In addition:

- He/she is result-oriented and smart

- He/she is extremely determined, curious and gritty

- He/she has problem-solving skills and decision-making autonomy

Finally, we require:

- Bachelor's or master’s technical degree

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a structured manufacturing company

- Availability to travel frequently, both in Italy and abroad

- English? For sure!
