Inventory Control Analyst

Shifts Available and Hours: Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and putting away inventory in orderly manner.
  • Cycle counting inventory on hand. Make inventory adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain inventory records in Oracle and MVP.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly stock room. Clean floors, shelves, parts and any surrounding items.
  • Monitor satellite inventory locations; (oil, lubricants, paint parts, and others as needed).
  • Receive and answer phone and radio calls from supervisors, leads and managers for inventory related requests.
  • Build kits for delivery to departments and areas of the plant.
  • Utilize forklift for delivery and movement of inventory.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Prior manufacturing experience: Minimum of 1 year’s inventory management experience
    preferred.
  • High School or Equivalent or combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
    Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP
  • Must have a strong attention to numerical and alphabetical detail.
