Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role and Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to own functional setups within LMS Module
- The role contains the module responsibility for the LMS
- This incumbent should be able to understand the functional requirements from business and translate them into functional & technical setup within the module
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners & Global Learning Center (GLC) to design, implement, and optimize their learning management strategies using the SuccessFactors platform
- Collaborate within the team to perform basic level support on different modules within SAP SuccessFactors in Hydro
Responsibilities:
- As Module responsible take responsibility for understanding new functionality in LMS, test this functionality and present the change and potential consequences for the LMS process to Global Process Owners (GPO) and GLC (Release & Change Management)
- Analyze issues and provide solutions to reported errors and incidents from various customers according to agreed SLAs. (ServiceNow)
- Live Module ownership of LMS in the ONE system according to the Module Owner requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GPO & GLC, providing guidance and recommendations for optimizing the development of LMS module for Hydro.
- Participate in development projects on LMS module or cross functional activities.
- Own integrations with learning content providers example, LinkedIn, Speex, Edx etc.
Work experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module
- Technical and Functional Support experience on LMS SuccessFactors is Preferred.
- Experience with other SuccessFactors module is an added advantage
- Experience as a learning professional is a plus
Education, specific skills
- Bachelor or higher university degree, preferably within IT
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors LMS Module

- High delivery capacity, must be able to handle tight deadlines and to work on several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in teams and cooperate tightly with HR Stakeholders
- Good analytical capabilities, ability to dig deep into technical documents and “translate” into process and configuration language
- Be customer oriented and put pride in solving customer issues
- Good communication abilities with team members and process owners
- Willingness to develop skills and stay updated on software roadmap
- Can take up lead on tasks
