Specialist, IT Compliance

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Carry out BAU support tasks on GBS IT Compliance activities. Further enhance Compliance coverage and process

Responsibilities:

Compliance related processes:

• Identify gaps in IT Compliance handling area and establish processes to cover it
• Upon approval of new process communicate to stakeholders
• Work with affected teams on process implementation
• Operational Deviance management process
• Ensure Patching levels are reported properly and drive to comply with corporate and security expectations.
• Pursue supported OS coverage.
• Ensure compliance issues reported via 3rd party health-check an risk letter process are tracked with Hydro owners

Compliance management

• Participate in the new Risk and Compliance reporting process utilizing ServiceNow solution
• Track compliance control fulfilment and compliance issues for failed controls

Work Experience Min:  3-5 years total experience in preferably multiple IT technical areas

Industry Experience:  3-5 years in IT

Education:  B.Sc
