Technical Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

Role – 
There is a need of senior Technical Specialist in the team. Someone who can activity contribute. Take participations in technical discussions. Takes care all the business requirements and delivers on time. Gives guidance to junior.

Responsibilities – 

• Work on assigned service desk tickets (issues and requests). These tickets will start of quite simple but if you proof qualified, will become more complex and in dept.
• Work on weekly and monthly routine activities following a step by step guide (i.e. enter the monthly currencies)
• Work on bigger changes that are part of projects following a design document.
• Create reports and dashboard based on user requirements.
• Providing the business with well out thought solutions specified to the ticket at hand

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 6+ recent years of working experience in Salesforce.
• Mandatory experience in Salesforce lighting (flows, apex, lighting components, SOQL, reports) and optional experience with Pardot.
• Development skills and able to read and change Apex code if asked to.
• Nice to have knowledge and experience with ITIL, Prince2, Agile and Scrum.
• Motivated and enthusiastic to learn.
• A proactive attitude and able to work individually (on tickets and small change requests) and able to work in a team on bigger changes/ small projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result oriented, customer focused, energetic.
• Experience in manufacturing domain is a plus.
• BE/B.Tech or MCA or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English
• Flexibility, durability, stamina in an agile software development environment
• Demonstrated capability to test and track problems and pursue resolution of these problems
• Affinity for business domain knowledge in manufacturing area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
• Capability to work independently, thus being integral part of a/multiple scrum teams 
• Manage multiple testing requirements coming from projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality software validation results within tight deadlines.
