Expectation:
responsibility for the overall management of the production process in the subordinate department responsibility for the timely implementation of the production plan ensuring adequate production efficiency and quality in the subordinate department organising and improving production processes in order to improve efficiency, productivity and quality close cooperation with other departments of the company in the scope of the tasks performed (including international cooperation) participating in meetings with customers and suppliers (mainly foreign contacts) reporting KPI indicators knowledge of and compliance with health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection and labour code regulations
Requires:
high skills related to team building and management (approximately 3–5 years) higher education (technical and/or production management) practical knowledge of the organisation and improvement of production processes knowledge of English enabling fluent communication practical knowledge of MS Office
