Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service to both our internal and external customers with accuracy and timeliness. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office setting using a computer, calculator, and phone system.
  • Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Two years of office experience preferred, not required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to drive a project from start to finish when necessary.
  • Experience with Oracle preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline information for the purpose of processing orders and quotes.
  • Helps resolve issues related to quality and installations.
  • Relay information and directives related to customer needs regarding orders and quality issues.
  • Exchange information required to process customer orders, quotes, and issues.
  • Provide information and receive direction to effectively satisfy the needs of both internal and external customers.
