Shifts Available and Hours: Onsite position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Our Mississauga location is seeking a Bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative with at least 2+ years of experience. The key responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer accounts and inventories, issuing PO’s and handling communications with vendors and customers. Experience in the manufacturing, customer base, along with strong computer skills, is preferred. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Senior Supervisor.
Required Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service within manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other field deemed pertinent.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office suite, SAP, Oracle and AS400.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Relevant experience in customer service responsible for a customer base (an asset).
- Strong plannings skills and experience within inventory management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing customer purchase orders.
- Order entry, order acknowledgment, part setup, pricing verification, etc.
- Managing customer accounts and communications via phone and email.
- Adapting and providing backup support for other accounts when necessary.
- Preparing quotations and follow up.
- Entering purchase order requisitions.
- Reporting and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining customer files.
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
