Pay Range: $105,887 - $121,000
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of APICS projects including an important IT infrastructure component for the Remelt locations in North America. The person in this role will define, plan, track and manage the project, identifying and managing key resources and provide the direction required in order to meet the project objectives. This position reports to the Manager S/4 Solution and Program Delivery, Americas.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree IT/Business Degree
- Project Management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
- 5 + years of experience in ERP project delivery
- 5 + years in the manufacturing industry (preferably steel or aluminum)
- Experience and general knowledge about SAP and/or MES systems
- 5 years + experience with managing IT infrastructure aspects (networking, server set-up and hosting, security, cloud computing) and technical aspects (PLCs, scanners, printers...)

- Good solution and people management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in an on-site-offshore delivery mode
- Strong project manager skills
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Solution builder and consensus seeker
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all project goals/milestones are accomplished on time and on budget
- Manage and drive four teams (SAP, MES, Infrastructure and Data Migration) towards achieving set goals and objectives
- Prepare detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, deliverables and resource plans
- Establish communication management plan
- Overall project budget management to ensure cost controlling
- Manage Client escalations and expectations
- Prepare and present executive summaries to senior management and manage reporting to all stakeholders periodically
- Travel up to 50% of the time
