Pay Range: $111,132 - $152,101
Job Summary:
The Digital Portfolio Manager will leverage digital solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, agility, and overall performance in manufacturing operations. This position reports to the Senior Digital Portfolio Manager.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Manufacturing), Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience roles related to manufacturing operations, digital transformation in manufacturing, IT project/program management within a manufacturing or strategic portfolio management context.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with MES software, to include in-depth knowledge of SCADA, HMI platforms, and OPC-UA.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working within an Agile team-based environment.
- Must have strong financial acumen and experience in developing and managing budgets and ROI analysis.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Fluent in English both written and verbal. Any other language is a plus.
- Experience with specific smart factory technologies and concepts such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Data acquisition systems (sensors, PLCs, SCADA and HMI platforms), robotics and automation,
- Financial acumen.
- Agile certifications are a plus.
- JIRA experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leads to develop and maintain a clear and comprehensive digital portfolio strategy for manufacturing, aligning with overall business goals and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and long-term visions, then dive into the details and effectively manage the tactical execution required to bring those strategies to life.
- Establish and manage a clear process for capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing digital project proposals and demand from manufacturing sites and functions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to understand their needs and translate them into actionable digital initiatives.
- Oversee the allocation and management of budget and resources across the smart factory digital portfolio.
- Support new project scoping, costing and business case definition.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
