Job Summary: Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company. This position will provide Functional and Technical support for Oracle ERP system for Extrusion North America.

Salary: $97,223 to $108,000

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum requirements Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business field OR High School Diploma + 5 years’ experience in Oracle and related manufacturing.
• Functional Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Technical Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Discoverer

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Oracle ERP knowledge of OAPS Planning, Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Costing, Quality modules
• Experience in a multinational IT environment
• Ability to translate business strategy into functional operational plans
• Aluminum and extrusion process knowledge
• Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide BAU support for related ERP’s
• Ensure stable operations for related ERP’s
• Provide resources and support for projects
• Collaborate with ENA Project Manager to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and as per quality
• Responsible for planning and managing departments budget
• Manage ERP’s Legacy Team’s career growth
• Ability to assign tasks and projects to Off-Shore team members in India, Europe and elsewhere
