Functional/Technical Specialist ISOM PP&C

Pay Range: $82,000 - $93,000

Job Summary:

The Functional/Technical Specialist, ISOM/PP&C will manage and enhance the ISOM/PP&C system within Hydro Extrusion North America’s iSeries environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring system efficiency, supporting business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Team Lead ISOM PP&C.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Alternatively, three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with iSeries systems.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Synon (CA).

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in project management and organizational planning.
  • Hands-on experience in providing functional support for iSeries systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in a multinational IT environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with aluminum extrusion process is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical support for AS400 iSeries systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Work with Formtastic software to manage system forms and reports.
  • Utilize TL Ashford software for label design and management.
  • Develop and maintain CL programming scripts.
  • Write and modify code using the RPG programming language.
  • Leverage Synon (CA) case tools for application development and maintenance.
  • Administer and support InfoSphere CDC for data replication and transformation.
