Pay Range: $62,000 - $70,000

 

Job Summary:

The Jr. Functional Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of quality applications and ERP integrations. This position reports to the Team Lead Value Add and Business Reporting.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum three years’ experience in application support or a related role

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems and integrations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly.
  • Quality Laboratory Automation (QLA)
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., scripting, SQL) may be required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for quality applications and ERP integrations, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Assist in software deployments, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of application issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application support and automation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
  • 35% travel required
