Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and act as a Receptionist in the Pittsburgh office.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Communication and Organization skills, multi-tasking, time management, stakeholder management, customer service orientation, service mindset, attention to detail, problem solving.
- Microsoft Office, SAP, Office Equipment (copy machine, postage meter, etc).
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies, and standardized operating procedures.
- Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit, and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.
- Greet and welcome guests in the office.
- Ensure a tidy and presentable office.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, packages.
- Administer visitor cards.
- Coordinate and check facility related service delivery.
- Handle facility related incidents and requests from colleagues.
- Ensure stationery, office and meeting room equipment catering and kitchen supply are up to date.
- Keep contacts with related vendors, like taxi companies, catering service providers, etc.
- Support the organization of company events.
