Job Summary:

Be a key player in our Mountain Top team as a Supply Chain Coordinator! Support the Supply Chain Manager in coordinating production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management. Your role includes tracking daily fabrication backlogs, maintaining extrusion production logs, and releasing sales orders to ensure a smooth product flow, meeting customer delivery expectations. Safety is our priority—follow protocols and carry out tasks with safety in mind. Join us in creating a secure and efficient manufacturing environment!

Required Education/Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in production scheduling, and fabrication preferred.
• BS in Business Administration or Logistics preferred, not required.

 Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Inventory control experience (a plus)
• Collaborative and outgoing personality

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor production orders and maintain accurate backlogs.
• Release sales orders into production daily.
• Assist in resolving production issues.
• Forecast customer requirements or coordinate vendor-managed inventory.
• Assist in quarterly physical inventory process.
• Provide backup for the Supply Chain Manager.
• Create product work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
