Starting Rate of pay: $20.00/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:  12 hrs. Shift Days (6a-6p) and Nights (6p-6a) - 3 days on/4 days off - Enjoy every other weekend off!

                                                  8 hrs. Shift - 2nd and 3rd shift available 

Shift Premium:           Night shift - $1.00/hour extra

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate turning, milling, chamfering, sawing, punching and/or robotic equipment as assigned.  Entry level machine operations and production assembly.
• Understands that performing job tasks in a safe manner is the highest priority.
• Comply with Lockout/tagout procedures.
• Read and understand department JSA’s.
• Clean work piece before and after machining.
• Visually inspects work piece before and after machining for defects.
• Fully understand Process Instructions and equipment operating conditions.
• Gauges work piece for customer specifications before and after machining, as needed, with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
• Complies will all levels of safety controls.
   

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. 
• Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
• Must read and understand all work and safety instructions relevant to their specific position.
• Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position with precise dexterity.
• Background in the operation of manufacturing, production, machine operations, and machine tools/equipment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours in a 12-hour shift with 2-hour intra-cell rotation.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability move 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work in noisy, and hot/cold environment
