Forklift Operator - Fabrication Plant

This position is located at:            402 N. 44th Ave.

                                                      Phoenix, AZ 85043.

Shifts Available and Hours:

EOWEO Day Shift – 6.00am – 6.00pm.

EOWEO Night Shift – 6.00pm – 6.00am.

Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.00/hour extra.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Empties scrap and chip hoppers as needed.
  • Observes all safety rules and maintains a clean work area.
  • Responsible for minor maintenance on forklift, brakes, horn, fluid levels and general condition.
  • Completes Lift truck operator’s daily/weekly inspection report.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work with limited supervision.
  • Communicates and works well with fellow employees of all levels in a Team effort.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
  • Must read and understand all work and safety instructions relevant to their specific position.
  • Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position.
  • Must have good driving skills.
