Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift

                                                Monday- Friday

While primarily a Monday thru Friday day shift role, flexibility for off-shift and weekends should be understood as necessary for assignment completion on occasion

Job Summary:

The Pack Leader will oversee pack employee, CTL, and crane operators to drive productivity in the teams. They will also help drive delivery performance by working with the Extrusion Team, Shipping Team, Planning, and Quality Team to insure effective movement.   

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience.  
• Ability to understand and deliver basic commands in English.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 

• Good background with computer literacy
• Basic understanding of Quality Standards
• Previous lead/supervisor experience -preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Assuring orders to be on time.
• Maintain a log on all scrap daily.
• Verify orders coming from Extrusion and QA.
• Monitors materials coming out of ovens, taking samples to QA on
• monthly basis for inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness in warehouse & scrap consolidation areas, utilizing traffic resources.
• Fills manager’s requests of consumable products. 
• Maintains, manages, and restocks consumable products, in addition to distributing stores items to plant personnel, acting as backup to Central Stores.
