Salary Range: $102,898 - $114, 417
Job Summary:
As Strategy and Growth Analyst, you are responsible to support Hydro’s strategic direction in a high growth, dynamic business unit across the recycling value chain, and mature the identified projects through the entire execution timeline.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in engineering or business required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience with strategic business growth activities and proven track record in executing projects through maturity.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Project Management (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the aluminum or metals industry is desirable.
- Ability to move projects from analysis to implementation.
- Competence in applying quantitative methods to business opportunities.
- Knowledge in data analytics is desirable
- Technical Acumen and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to align stakeholders to a common goal.
- Ability to work independently and manage internal and external resources to deliver projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Business Development to identify new recycling growth opportunities across the entire value chain of the business unit.
- Participate in teams to pursue acquisition opportunities and support in performing detailed valuation analyses.
- Develop greenfield and brownfield investment opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team
- Perform profitability analyses of recycling investment proposals.
- Prepare presentations and business cases for senior leadership.
- Assist in the execution of the identified opportunities through implementation.
- Act as project manager for assigned recycling growth projects, from identification to start-up.
