Senior Analyst, Client Operations

We are building a future support organization for ICS Services. In Americas region we are planning to hire one Client OPS resource to provide local time zone support coverage for North and South America sites.
Responsibilities:
- Client security, security update management on workstations;
- Workstation configurations (GPO, Logon scripts, etc.);
- Maintain and support SCCM infrastructure;
- Provide 3rd level support for internal customers in the client environment;
- Meet GBS IT Client Operations SLA towards business;
- Ensure BAU handover form transition projects cover all operational areas;
- Enhance Image deployment/management solution to follow industry standards;
- Management of Hydro GBS Mobile Device Management environment in MS Intune;
- Meet GBS IT Client Operations SLA towards business;
- Provide 3rd level MDM support for internal customers;
- Develop, maintain and support autopilot device enrollments;
- Manage enrolled devices with Intune;
- Enhance Mobile Device Management solution to follow industry standards.
Qualifications:
- BsC degree;
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus;
- Microsoft technical Certificate and ITIL foundation is an advantage.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in IT technical position working in a client management environment;
- IT experience at a Multinational company;
- Technical Knowledge: Microsoft SCCM, OS deployment, Group Policies, Scripting, Intune and Cloud technologies are advantageous.
