Adoption Specialist

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

This end-user communication focused role helps adopting the new IT services, tools, or products to operation successfully for internal employees and customers via applying various online and offline information channels and media to shorten the onboarding period, reduce the occurrence of early life incidents.

The Adoption Specialist works with creativity when using the tooling of the adoption process, such as software onboarding, user training, community hubs, IT technical support and customer service.

What we expect from you?

• Be the motor of Hydro’s Modern Workplace product launch campaigns
• Promote benefits of Modern Workplace tools and encourage active participation among users
• Participate in designing, developing and managing solutions
• Ensure that users of the new product/service are using it to their fullest extent
• Focus on user experience and user engagement for high customer value
• Understand user journeys and identify areas for improvement
• Design, implement and broadcast communication materials on various channels
• Identify and attract related IT user populations and engage them to community hubs
• Establish and start up Community Hubs for providing a high quality and cost-effective services to IT users

Are You the perfect fit for the role?

• Graduated in field of communication or IT
• Have a solid experience and interest on social media
• Excellent in communication and creating connections
• Have a basic knowledge of the Agile Methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Framework, Kanban, Agile
• Communicating fluently in English
• Have working experience in organizational or IT change management
• Motivated, forward leaning and have a natural urge to “do things better”
• Customer oriented and experienced in leading and influencing people and their work
• Self-motivated and willing to work in a true global team setup
• Multinational environment/work experience is an advantage
• Scaled agile experience is a plus
