Communication Coordinator

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

 

Role Purpose:

 

The role will be responsible to create and execute communication plan for a global Cyber security program in line with Hydro and Global Business Services communication policies for the next 1,5 years. Will work together with project managers and cyber security functions creating various types of communication materials, using different internal communication channels in order to share information, increase awareness, and effectively promote secure behavior within Hydro locations.

The role reports to GBS Head of Service management, responsible for GBS Communications and be part of a small but very dedicated communications team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute global internal communication programs for a cyber security program, with key focus on promoting cyber security awareness gathering input from project managers and other stakeholders
  • Be the central coordinator for all communications, awareness activities as part of the CRP program and work together with all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop online and physical materials, such as presentations, interactive training materials, reports, posters, infographics, etc. and make sure these are implemented globally according to the plans.
  • Cooperates with GBS global learning center and the Organization change manager delivering relevant communications, change management and training materials.
  • Create communication content and distribute it through various communication channels
  • Weekly review of communication to do’s with project/change managers.
  • Manage project internal communication structure in Microsoft Teams
  • Support project reporting

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years’ experience in a communication or marketing role
  • Experience working in a global organization is essential Experience with shared service setup, or work experience in an IT organization is a plus
  • College or University Degree, preferably in Communication/Marketing
  • Knowledge of communication design applications tools, Video editing is preferred
  • Strong writing, layout and design, publishing skills
  • Experience of working in projects is a plus
  • Experience with change management is a plus
  • Capable to cooperate and communicate to various stakeholder groups at different levels in the organization
  • Commuting to Székesfehérvár twice a week is required
  • Home office is allowed
