Content Specialist

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Role purpose:

As a Content Specialist, you will be part of the Communications team of Hydro Global Business Services (Hydro GBS). You will add value to the communication function with your knowledge of mixed media content creation, like videos, visual design and also by writing articles in collaboration with IT, HR and finance teams. Additionally, you will assist corporate events, major projects, CSR activities and employer branding communication.

Responsibilities:

• Mixed media content creation (videos, posters, banners and other visual content);
• Copywriting for (mostly) internal communication channels (e.g., success stories, project communication, service promotion, employer branding);
• Manage communication related purchases and services (including creative briefing) with different vendors;
• Assisting event organization and communication, including some administrative tasks;
• Visual and branding support of the organization;

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising or communication role in a multinational company or agency environment
• Marketing/Communication BA degree
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
• Basic/advanced Photoshop knowledge
• Other visual content creation experience (video, animation) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Attention to detail
• Creative visual mindset
• Interest in IT and new technologies is a plus
