M365 Adoption Specialist

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Role purpose:

The M365 adoption specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption and usage of M365 products and services across the organization, including improving the user experience in the support activities, such as ticket resolution, feedback collection, and knowledge management. The specialist will work closely with the IT team, the business units, and the end users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and to provide them with the best solutions and practices to achieve them and will also monitor and measure the impact and outcomes of the adoption initiatives and the support activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute adoption strategies and plans for M365 products and services, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Platform
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning resources for the end users
  • Create and maintain adoption and support materials, such as guides, videos, FAQs, tips, and best practices
  • Provide support and guidance to the end users on how to use M365 products and services effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the IT team and the business units to identify and resolve issues, gaps, and opportunities related to M365 adoption and support
  • Collect and analyze feedback and data from the end users and the stakeholders to evaluate the adoption and support performance and satisfaction
  • Report and communicate the adoption and support results and insights to the management and the relevant parties
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and updates of M365 products and services, and share them with the end users and the stakeholders

Requirements:

  • ~3 years of experience in M365 adoption, training, or support
  • Bachelor degree preferably in IT or Business or Education 
  • Strong knowledge and skills in M365 products and services, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Platform
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Certification in M365 or related areas is a plus
