Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will closely work together with different business areas/GBS hubs of Norsk Hydro providing a global direct sourcing service but also managing end to end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Creating analysis on international labor markets to discover hiring opportunities in different countries
- Providing market data and competitor analysis to stakeholders, supporting decision making for vacancies advertised with multiple locations
- Targeting candidates on different channels, building a talent pool based on business preferences
- Corporate direct sourcing: contacting, prescreening and involving matching candidates to the recruitment process
- Managing and evaluating behaviour- and ability assessments, leading interviews and support hiring managers in specific cases
- Close cooperation with different GBS HR hubs, local HR organizations and hiring managers/Business Partners around the globe
- Creating pipeline reports, presenting findings and opportunities based on the collected data
- Using Hydro specific channels to encourage employees with relevant experience to apply for open positions
Requirements:
- BA/MA Degree in HR or other comparable field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of any other European language is a plus
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a position which covered direct sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management on an international level (end-to-end recruitment)
- Knowledge of regional/global labor markets, main sourcing platforms and most important job boards (preferably in Europe)
- Good understanding on sourcing techniques, interviewing and stakeholder management
- Ability to understand business needs and to present market information/efforts/results to managers or HR Partners
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, good potential to find new ways to close ‘hard to fill’ positions
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a diverse, multinational team
- Openness and flexibility to work together with different locations, cultures and time zones
- Knowledge of any market analysis tools is a benefit
