Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
About the job and your team
GBS HR Global Hub Hungary is supporting different locations around the globe. As a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage end to end recruitment processes, local- and global projects and will be responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
You will work on
- Drive full cycle recruitment processes in different countries in close cooperation with the hiring managers
- Cooperating with key stakeholders of different businesses on Vice President and Head of levels
- Supplier (agency) management
- Direct sourcing, efficient usage of different channels and portals
- Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
- Taking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Cooperation with the HR Business Partner(s), Marketing/Content Specialist(s), Employee Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
- Attending hiring days, job fairs and other external events
- Report and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholders
- Train, coach and support hiring managers
- Finding and using new online and offline channels to target suitable candidates
- Taking part in local- and global projects
Your qualifications and skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment field (agency or manufacturing company)
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes on a regional/global level (more countries are involved)
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- MA or BA degree preferably in HR field
- Fluent in English and Hungarian are mandatory, knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus
- Experience in working together with high level leaders, excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
- Willingness to learn and to improve
- Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach with a good ability to cooperate with different functions
- High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
- Open minded personality to work as a member of a diverse, multinational team
