Team Lead Accounts Payables Services

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.


Role purpose:


As a Team Lead for Accounts Payables Services You will be responsible for lead, train and develop staff to extend individual skills. Besides this you will be ensure to achieve overall objectives and manage the day to day operations.




  • Manage relationship with internal and external clients
  • Report on KPIs and track customer service metrics
  • Motivate team members to perform at their best
  • Create a supportive team environment
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews
  • Consider the strategic vision of the department in accordance with global directions, corporate standards and business requirements, support the achievements of the organization’s targets
  • Provide operational support and leadership for the improvement of the quality and productivity of the department’s processes
  • Set and measure individual goals (performance and development) to the team members and feedback performance levels on individual basis
  • Support delivering departmental budget
  • Succession planning - identify talents




  • At least 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance field
  • College / University degree or similar in finance field
  • Fluent in English is desired. Any other language is a plus
  • Broad knowledge of relevant regulatory and mandatory procedures and qualifications
  • Strong skill set including decision making, problem solving, time management, planning analysis and organisation
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate processes are being used
  • Proficient user of finance software
