Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of Machinist or Millwright industrial manufacturing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Machinist/Millwright maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor.  Perform installations, maintenance and repairs while working side by side with other maintenance or production employees such as electricians or machine operators.
• Fabricates mechanical production equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic piping and plumbing systems using tools common to the Machinist craft, hand, power tools and welding equipment as needed from blueprints, sketches, handbooks and general instructions
• Perform Machinist Maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor (PM’s).
• Must have a passion around safety.  Must drive a safety culture where safety is number one priority for all employees.
• Installs and assists with new and replacement equipment
• Performs preventative maintenance with regular inspections
• Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as, Electric Motors, Hydraulic Pumps / Valves, Pneumatic / Hydraulic cylinders, Cranes, Automatic Saws, Conveyor / Belt systems and related repair equipment such as Welders, Oxy-Fuel Torches, Drill Presses, Machine Tools, Power Tools and a full range of Hand Tools.  
• Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machinery
• Repairs and replaces defective parts, lubricates, and cleans parts
