Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Financial and Operations Analyst Intern. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to support profit improvement efforts while prioritizing safety, fostering innovation, and achieving assigned goals. Your analytical skills, proactive personality, and dedication to teamwork will contribute to the success of both ongoing projects and new initiatives.

This position primarily operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility required for off-shift and weekend work to meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, sponsor, and support continuous reliability improvement standards and practices.
• Provide financial analysis support, including identifying cost control opportunities and managing working capital.
• Undertake specific projects aligned with your skills to maximize your contributions and support company objectives.
• Develop and enhance financial models to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support operational excellence.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be a graduate or currently enrolled student in an undergraduate program, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with internet applications.
• Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate with team members at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new processes, and capable of working independently.
