Account Manager

Job description, powers and responsibilities
Responsible for:
- Sales of the company's products and services
- Portfolio of entrusted business partners
- Fulfillment of sales plans and other set indicators (KPI)
- Quality of price offers and business contracts
- Query processing and specification of customer´s requirements
- Preparation of calculations and price offers
- Processing and monitoring of the fulfillment of commercial contracts
- Prompt response to customer´s requirements, finding solutions for fulfillment
of the requirements
- Care for existing customers, development of mutual business relations
- Identification of new business opportunities and search for potential customers
- Customer visits and conducting business negotiations
- Participation in the creation and implementation of sales plans
- Participation in the implementation of the company's business strategy
- Participation in marketing activities
- Maintaining data quality in the CRM system
- Processing reports for the purposes of the sales manager
