Job description, powers and responsibilities

Responsible for:

- Project preparation, management and implementation

- Proposal and implementation of a technical solution

- Fulfillment of customer requirements

- Quality and timeliness of documents for price offer processing

- Provides technical assistance and support for the sale representant from development to technical documentation

- Processes inquiries for new products and prepares documents for the preparation of price calculations

- Is a member of the team or leads the project team to implement new products into production

- Communicates with customers in search of technical solutions

- Analyzes documents, manages and directs the technical solutions that are to be implemented

- Provides technical inputs for the implementation of products into production

- Designs specific solutions capable of meeting customer´s requirements, takes into account technical and financial constraints

- Assesses and manages risk with respect to the production and implementation of these proposals

The stated salary will depend on the knowledge and experience of the candidate.

• metallurgy, engineering

Language skills:

English Language - Intermediate (B2)

Germany Language - Intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge:

Microsoft Word - Advanced

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

AutoCAD - Intermediate

Microsoft PowerPoint – Intermediate

Personality prerequisites and skills:

- Ability to work with technical documentation

- Technical thinking

- Organizational skills and prerequisites for project management

- Experience in technical sales support

- Assertiveness and communicativeness, the ability to find solutions

- Managing demanding communication with customers

- Ability to work under pressure and be open to change

- Independence, flexibility

- Willingness to learn
