YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Technical Advisor & Workshop Coordinator, you will be an essential link within our technical team. You will be responsible not only for managing the workshop but also for providing technical support to clients, both on-site and virtually. At Hydro, no two days are the same, making your role dynamic and varied.

What will you do?

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the organization.
  • Conduct technical product training on our Sapa products for both internal and external clients.
  • Lead the workshop, taking responsibility for daily planning and coordination.
  • Provide technical support to customers on-site and online, assisting with complex issues.
  • Document client visits and prepare intervention reports.
  • Guide clients with the installation and use of Sapa systems and conduct product tests alongside them.
  • Proactively suggest improvements based on client feedback.
  • Actively contribute to organizing engaging networking events.
  • Build sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues from other departments within HBS..

 

WHO ARE YOU?

Hydro is looking for a curious, proactive, and technically skilled professional who isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

What do you bring?

  • Extensive experience with windows, doors, and curtain walls, with a foundational knowledge of mechanics, thermal physics, and acoustics.
  • Strong stress management, natural problem-solving skills, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Knowledge of building codes, relevant industry standards, and construction management requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and some experience with CAD is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license, fluency in Dutch and French. Proficiency in English is also a plus..
