responsibilities
As a Technical Quality Advisor you are part of our Technical Team, supporting our Commercial Organization.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining and contributing to the fulfillment of the company's health and safety requirements.
Product training for both the Wicona and Sapa products both internally and on location at customer.
Technical product support for customers, both on location and virtually
On-site checks and inspections in case of technical problems
Writing visit and intervention reports
Toolbox discussions about the installation of the Wicona and Sapa systems
Contributing to the delivery and content of product training for customers.
Formulating improvement proposals in response to technical problems and claims
Assisting with testing products, and assisting customers before and during testing.
Providing technical input to product development projects
Communicating with colleagues in other HBS Business Areas
Collaborating within the technical team
competencies
Broad experience and expertise in curtain walls, windows and doors including engineering principles, mechanics, thermal physics, optics, acoustics, etc.
Detailed knowledge on building regulations, industry relevant standards, EN standards and building management requirements
Able to establish and track project milestones and deliverables
Good communicative skills
Good customer-oriented and project management skills.
Able to work within a team and deal with different personalities.
Problem solving ability.
Able to cope with and manage workload peaks and difficulties
Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driving license (a company car will be provided)
Excellent knowledge of French with basic knowledge of English.
