Junior Sales Coordinator

About the job and your team
As a Junior/Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Director – Middle East, your role is to support the achievement of the company’s sales objectives by meeting individual targets and ensuring seamless coordination across the entire order cycle—from initial inquiry to on-time, in-full (OTIF) order fulfillment. Through effective communication and proactive follow-up, you will contribute to sales volume, revenue growth, and new customer acquisition, ultimately enhancing the company’s market presence in the assigned region.
You will work on
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about products and services.
- Coordinate with the Technical team and Estimation Team Leader to prepare accurate quotations.
- Work with Area Sales Managers to prioritize pricing for high-potential projects.
- Send prepared quotations to clients and follow up as needed.
- Introduce strategies to enhance quotation success rates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on proforma invoices once quotations are approved and signed.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to check material availability and reserve materials for upcoming project mock-ups, sample boards, and corner samples.
- Prepare internal requests for material samples and sample boards.
- Coordinate with logistics to confirm delivery dates for samples and project orders, and keep customers regularly informed.
- Arrange and oversee timely shipping of materials.
- Monitor and manage the shipping process to prevent delays.
- Compile and organize all necessary documentation, presentations, and materials required for project submissions.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of material submittals.
- Complete and submit vendor registration documentation as required for new projects.
- Complete and submit customer registration/KYC forms for internal records.
- Ensure all vendor and customer registrations, including payment terms, are current and compliant with company requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team across various project needs.
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities as required.
Your qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook…).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge in CRM software’s like “Salesforce” Key Attributes:
