What you will be doing
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Production Support
Assisting production departments with general labor and operational tasks
Supporting material handling, cleaning, and light assembly work
Maintaining a safe and organized work area
Following all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
Land & Building Support
Cutting grass and maintaining company grounds
Assisting with painting and light maintenance projects
Supporting general building upkeep as needed
Assignments will vary based on operational needs and individual abilities.
What will make you successful?
Required Experience:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Currently enrolled in college or a recent college graduate.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors when applicable.
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:
Interest in manufacturing, skilled trades, facilities, or maintenance work.
Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
