Shifts Available and Hours: Day Shift 7AM to 7PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach crew members to perform their jobs correctly and safely.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or actions immediately to Supervision or the HSE Manager.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure the plant is appropriately covered.
  • Complete “Near Miss” paperwork for any unsafe condition or act.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift safety talks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems. 

Education and Work Requirements:

  • High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
  • Experience using an electrical meter.
  • PLC background preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
