Starting Rate of pay: $21.89
Shifts Available and Hours:
Second Shift 2PM to 10:30PM
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
What you will be doing
- Operate turning, milling, chamfering, sawing, punching, and robotic equipment to support daily production requirements.
- Read and follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Inspect and measure products using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify quality standards.
- Load, unload, and handle materials and finished products safely throughout the production process.
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance to support reliable machine operation.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate production or quality issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation in English.
- Demonstrated basic math proficiency, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement calculations.
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures with training.
- Ability to successfully complete required equipment operation, safety, and qualification training within the established onboarding period.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 12-hour shifts.
- Availability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and schedule changes as required by production needs.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial environment.
- Experience operating automated, CNC, robotic, or other manufacturing equipment.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify product specifications.
- Experience following standardized work instructions, quality procedures, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Forklift, overhead crane, or material handling equipment experience.
- Demonstrated record of safe work practices and reliable attendance.
