Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
What you will be doing
Contributing to implementation project activities
Translating business requirements to technical solutions
Overseeing the development of new functionality
Creating Process Design Documents and Functional Design Documents (under supervision of the Stream Solution Architect)
Configuring the system
Performing and supporting test cycles to ensure the final product satisfies the defined requirements
Providing training to key users
Supporting the creation of the cut-over plan and executes the plan
Providing Hyper-Care support for the predefined period
Resolving defects
Creaing and updating relevant project documentation
Providing the 3rdlevel support
Supporting Data Migration processes (providing functional documentation, providing input to data mapping sessions, resolving defects, assisting in the data load validation)
Working under the supervision of the Team Lead (task management) and the Stream Solution Architect (solution management)

What will make you successful?
Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, especially with the SAP QM module, in a hands-on project environment
Experience delivering enterprise-level SAP projects using waterfall methodology across the full lifecycle
Strong SAP configuration knowledge (workflows, validation rules, security controls)
Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional design documentation
Expert understanding of SAP QM architecture and design
Experience with SAP integrations (other business systems, iDocs, EDI, integration tools)
Solid knowledge of environment management, release management, version control, and deployment best practices
Experience with SAP Activate, Agile methodologies, and greenfield / brownfield / rollout projects
Manufacturing industry experience (metal and/or automotive preferred)
University degree (IT or Business), strong written and spoken English, ABAP debugging and customizing knowledge, strong communication skills
